Days of Hajj
Before 8 Dhul-Hijjah
Ihram & Arrival
Enter Ihram at your miqat, recite the Talbiyah, and head to Makkah with a clear intention.
- Shower, wear Ihram, pray two rakah with intention
- State your niyyah and keep Talbiyah alive
- Arrive in Makkah, rest, and hydrate
Upon arrival
Umrah: Tawaf & Sa'i
Perform Tawaf then Sa'i between Safa and Marwah (7 each). Maintain wudu where possible.
- 7 circuits around the Kaaba with calm pacing
- Pray at Maqam Ibrahim if space allows
- Drink Zamzam and make dua between Sa'i laps
8 Dhul-Hijjah
Mina
Move to Mina, pray in jamarat-tents, keep hydrated, rest for Arafat.
- Stay in your camp zone; follow group timings
- Prioritize rest, light meals, and fluids
- Review Arafat supplications for tomorrow
9 Dhul-Hijjah
Arafat
Stand in Arafat (Wuquf) from noon until Maghrib.
- Arrive before Dhuhr; combine Dhuhr/Asr as guided
- Make heartfelt dua facing Qiblah
- Depart calmly toward Muzdalifah after Maghrib
Night of 9 Dhul-Hijjah
Muzdalifah
Pray Maghrib/Isha, collect pebbles (49-70), rest under the open sky.
- Stay with your group; keep belongings compact
- Collect pebble-sized stones for Jamarat
- Rest well—tomorrow is busy
10 Dhul-Hijjah
Jamarat, Qurbani & Tawaf al-Ifadah
Stone Jamarat al-Aqabah, arrange sacrifice, shave/trim hair, exit Ihram.
- Follow scheduled group times for Jamarat
- Confirm sacrifice completion before shaving
- Complete Tawaf al-Ifadah and Sa'i if required
11-13 Dhul-Hijjah
Days of Tashreeq
Stone all three Jamarat each day after Dhuhr; rest and reflect in Mina.
- Keep hydrated; use shade and cooling towels
- Maintain group safety when moving
- Extra day (13th) optional if leaving Mina on 12th before sunset
Before departure
Farewell Tawaf
Final circumambulation of the Kaaba; leave with gratitude and calm.
- Complete 7 circuits without heavy luggage
- Make dua at the end; avoid rushing exits
- Keep your group informed of flight timings
